The Ameal Moore Nature Center is pleased to announce After school Science Adventures and Roots and Wings Nature Preschool for the Fall!

After school science adventures- All things science await young explorers at this hands-on, natural science-based, weekly adventure! We will meet and learn about live animals, create experiments that engage and teach about the principles of our natural world, and even conduct a dissection of an owl pellet! This class is a must for curious minds and adventurous hearts! Note: A $30 material fee is due first day of class.

At our Roots and Wings nature-based program, preschool aged children learn the social and academic skills to prepare them for kindergarten. Students will spend the majority of the class outdoors, learning through exploring. Students must be fully potty trained and bathroom independent. Students should bring a lunch, reusable water bottle and hat daily. Sunscreen should be worn.
